Description
V.S.T. is a public version of synonym dictionary in taxonomic names of plants, and their local names in different languages. This dictionary contains taxonomic names by 1045 families (15812 genera). 
System requirements: 386DX, VGA, DOS (or Windows) and mouse driver. NOTE: This database does NOT present the "right" names or "right" taxonomy. It is only a pool of names by different taxonomical systems. This version is not completed. It's very possible to find a wrong taxon. Also is possible some taxa to be not in their places. This is the last version of VST (for DOS) and will be no more updates. The new versions of this dictionary will be available as NOMTAX. How to install
Unzip the file onto Your hard drive. Double click the icon VST.EXE and then click "Setup" or run by command prompt: VST.EXE /P:SET After the installation Windows users could start the dictionary from "Start" menu. |
